9, 2004. To complement CGI’s already versatile Forming
Department, we added a Toyokoki
Model HYB-1253
138 Ton 10’ 9 Axis-backguage Press Brake. This “Hybrid”
brake combines the best aspects of conventional hydraulic brakes and
AC Servo brakes and is capable of bending all types of metal with
a ram repeatability to .0002” +/-. Forming capabilities at CGI
range from a 230 Ton 3 Axis Gage Cincinnati hydraulic brake capable
of forming to 12’ to a 36 Ton 6 Axis Gage Toyokoki electric
brake capable of forming to 4’.

28, 2004. A Panasonic
Performance Arc 112S Robotic Welding Workcell System was added
to CGI’s Welding Department to enhance productivity and repeatability
for medium to large quantity orders. This system provides precise
and consistent precision welding for simple to complex assemblies.
Medium to large run production jobs can be processed faster, giving
our customers the fast turnaround that they require. Increased cost
savings are realized with our improved productivity.
October
25, 2001 marked CGI Automated Manufacturing, Inc.'s 25th
Anniversary. CGI's equipment, technologies and services are redefining
production solutions as the Factory of the Future.

30, 2001. Many of our customers have requested laser cutting
services for material heavier than we could process, so it is with
great pleasure that we announce the installation of a 4000 watt Bystronic
Bycell System capable of cutting up to 3/4" thick material. With
its 14 skid tower, it will automatically load an unload material permitting
us to run lights out. This addition complements our two (2) Amada
Vipros CNC turrets, with auto loading and unloading capabilities.
May 30,
2001. As part of our ongoing effort to help our customers
meet the demands of the 21st Century, we have added equipment and
personnel to stay at the forefront of technology and systems. Our
38,000 square foot plant has been organized to increase our production
capabilities.
